- Fast 24-Hour Delivery: We value your time. We are proud to offer fast and reliable delivery across all areas in Kuwait. Any order placed through our website will be processed, dispatched, and delivered directly to your location within 24 hours of order confirmation.
- Order Support: Once your order is confirmed, our logistics team handles it with the utmost priority. In the rare event of an unforeseen delay, our customer support team will contact you immediately to provide updates.
- Delivery Charges: Delivery fees, if applicable, will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order size.
### Refund and Return Policy
- Return Window: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Return: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original, unopened packaging with all tags and accessories included. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Non-Returnable Items: For operational and hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened software, unsealed printer toners, and used camping gear cannot be returned.
